Job Description:

Martin Contracting, Inc. is looking for a Horizontal Directional Drill Operator to join our team in West Virginia. MCI takes great pride in the work of its employees. Our high quality of work is what keeps our vast customer base satisfied and continuing to allow our business to thrive. This job will allow you to travel and work with multiple of our highly experienced to crews.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate HDD machine in accordance to industry, company, and safety standards

  • Perform boring around live existing utility services as well as telecommunication, and electric lines

  • Maintain HDD machine and other company equipment to the required standards

​

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to heavy objects up to 40 lbs

  • Ability to work in different environmental conditions such as, but not limited to: heat, cold, rain and snow
