Job Description:

Martin Contracting, Inc. is looking for an Operator to join our team on a crew in Kentucky. MCI takes great pride in the work of its employees. Our high quality of work is what keeps our vast customer base satisfied and continuing to allow our business to thrive. This job will allow you to travel and work on one of our highly experienced to crews.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery to perform tasks such as, but not limited to; excavating, backfilling, and grading while causing minimal disruption to surrounding areas and infrastructures

  • Operate machinery in a safe manner, that is up to company, client and industry standards

  • Maintain equipment to meet company standards to ensure optimal performance

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift up to heavy objects up to 40 lbs

  • Ability to work in different environmental conditions such as, but not limited to: heat, cold, rain and snow
